The BlackDoors by Dashare Service Fee is refundable, up to 3 times, within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Separately, if the booking being cancelled overlaps with any other existing bookings, the BlackDoors by Dashare service fee is not refundable.

  • Nights (and its related service fees) are considered consumed/spent if cancellation notice is less than 24 hours before the listing's check-in date/time.
  • Unless otherwise specified by the host on their listing details, check-in time will be 3PM local time to the listing's address, for the purpose of determining whether a cancellation is 24 hours before the listing's check-in time.
  • Accommodation Service Fees and Additional Service Fees are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to BlackDoors by Dashare within 24 hours of check-in.
  • If there is a complaint from either party regarding the stay, claims must be submitted to BlackDoors by Dashare within 24 hours of the incident along with required information/proof.
  • BlackDoors by Dashare will mediate when necessary and has final say in all disputes.
  • A booking is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in the Profile Icon > Trips > Cancel Booking
  • Cancellation policies may be superseded by extenuating circumstances, guest refund related clauses within the Terms and Conditions, cancellations by BlackDoors by Dashare for any other reason permitted under the Terms and Conditions. 
  • If there is any discrepancies between this Cancellation Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 

Flexible
Get a full refund of the Accommodation and Additional Service Fees if you cancel the booking 24 hours before check-in. The Accommodation and Additional Service Fees of the first night is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours before your trip check-in date and time. All Accommodation and Additional Service Fees of nights not spent is refundable if you cancel during the trip.

Moderate
Get a full refund of the Accommodation and Additional Service Fees up to 5 days before check-in. The Accommodation and Additional Service Fees of the first night is non-refundable if you cancel within 5 days before your trip check-in date and time. However 50% of the remaining Fees will be refunded. 50% of all Accommodation and Additional Service Fees of nights not spent is refunded if you cancel during the trip.

Strict (with Grace Period)
In order to get a full refund, cancel within 48 hours after the booking confirmation and 14 days before check-in. Get a 50% refund of Accommodation and Additional Service Fees if you cancel the booking up to 7 days before check-in. The booking is non-refundable if you cancel within 7 days of your trip check-in date.
