To manage your place availability,

  1. Go to the Hosting page after log-in

  2. Choose Availability from your left panel menu

  3. Select the date(s) you wish to change

  4. A small pop-up screen will appear. Change the Status field to either Available, Unavailable or Maintenance

Unavailable dates are gray if they are blocked and available dates are white with the room rate you have set.

Differences between Maintenance and Unavailable?

Select Maintenance if your place is planning to undergo renovation or maintenance work such as wall painting, water leaking or minor to major room upgrades.

Select Unavailable if your place has been sold and is being used by another guest booked through a different channel.

*Block dates reasons are not visible to travelers searching through your listing.
