Referral Credits

Refer a friend to both receive 160 Referral Credits.

1. Upon successfully registering an account, users will receive a unique 6 digit referral code which can be viewed under the users account "Credit" section.

2. Share the unique referral code with friends and family (new users only), upon checkout of their first booking (no previous bookings) enter the unique referral code to receive a discount of 160 Dashare credits.

3. Once the referred user has completed their first booking (booking request confirmed by host) using the unique referral code, the referring user will receive 160 Dashare credit into their account. 

1. Dashare credit = 1 HKD. Credits will be deducted in Hong Kong dollars upon checkout. When displaying an alternative currency the credit value is for reference only.

2. Promotional discount codes and credits cannot be applied to the same booking.

3. Discount codes cannot be applied to service fee (only to subtotal).

4. Referral Credits are valid for 12 months unless otherwise stated. Credit expiry dates can be viewed under the credit section - https://www.dashare.com/my-credits

5. Referral credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

6. Cancelled bookings will invalidate the use & value of the referral code and credits on both accounts.

7. A user may only apply one unique referral code to their first booking.

8. The maximum referral credits per user will be capped at 40,000 Dashare credits. We reserve the right to change the maximum credit value of referrals at any time.

9. Any attempt to manipulate the system and use of credits by use of bulk entry via third parties or syndicates, macros, 'script', 'brute force', masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), will render the credits invalid and may potentially lead to that account being closed down.

10. If for any reason a code becomes invalid due to technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Dashare, or a booking becomes unavailable, Dashare reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to cancel, suspend or modify the promotion and not reissue any additional codes affected customers.

11. Dashare reserves the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid redemptions including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of a customer.

12. Unique referral codes should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. This means that you can share your invite link with your personal connections via social media where you are the primary content owner. Public distribution on sites where you are a contributor but not the primary content owner (e.g., Wikipedia, coupon websites) is not allowed. Promoting your referral code via Search Engine Marketing (e.g., AdWords/Yahoo/Bing) is also not allowed.

13.  We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions of Use. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Your continued use of our Service and this Site following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms.

14. In case of dispute, Dashare reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.

15. By taking part in this promotion you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
